Raw Fleece- Shetland - Creme Broule Raw Fleece- Shetland - Molasses Raw Lamb Fleece- CVM/Romeldale - Rare Breed - Bay(beline)
Shetlands are not big fleeces and they're pretty easy to process. A Shetland fleece was the first fleece I had ever processed through and I personally think it makes a great beginner fleece. It's not got too much lanolin and it's a good length. My sheep are not coated but the Shetlands manage to stay cleaner than the rest.

There is a hay line in these fleece. I left it on because that's where the color variation is. It will take a bit more work to get the hay out but it's worth it for the variation. I've reduced the price a bit to reflect that hay strip in this.

Creme Broule was a good little show sheep. She's pretty wild and a little nutty but she's always willing to take a treat. Her fleece is a pretty ecru and weighs in at 3.8 lbs with a staple of about 5.5 inches

The photos show a staple, the top of the fleece, and the underside.

Molasses is a young man with a lot of personality. He is goofy and silly and just dotes on his sisters. He's a delight to have around especially since he makes such a beautiful pale tan/ecru fleece that weighs in at 4.7 lbs with a staple of almost 6 inches

CVM is an amazing breed of sheep with a delightful wool. If you want to know more about the breed click through HERE. No sheep is coated so no fleece is 100% without VM but we skirted well and the fleeces always clean up quite lovely.

Bay is Birch's twin that was rejected for having a bit of a leg issue. Really he wouldn't have made it if we hadn't stepped in and taken him to the house for 2 months of his life. He is a big giant baby and lap sheep that still thinks he belongs in the house.

Her fleece weighs in at 4.3 lbs with an average staple length about 4.25 inches.

Birch is Bay's twin brother tho they look very little alike nor do they act alike. Birch is very calm and laid back unlike his brother. His fleece is turning out so much like his mom's in color and characteristics. it's quite beautiful.

Her fleece weighs in at 4.4 lbs with an average staple length about 4.25 inches.

Burgundy is another one of Apple's babies. Her fleece this year was very unlike her mom and sister's fleeces. The color variation and staple length are all over the place. You know a sheep grows different length fleece over it's body right? Well she really shows that. I could have skirted it out but the color variations made me decide to keep it in there and just reduce the price.

Her fleece weighs in at 6.3 lbs with an average staple length about 2.5 to 3.75 inches.

Ash is mom to Birch and the famous Bay(beline). She has such an interesting personality and raised the sweetest baby boys. I'm so thrilled she's in my flock. Note that while the staple length isn't super long, there is good color variation here.

Her fleece weighs in at 5.8 lbs with an average staple length about 3.75 inches.

Angel is my messiest girl every year. What can I say, she likes to lay in hay and mud (the price reflects that). But she also lets you use her as a pillow so ya know, we love her a little extra even if she is messy. She featured a lot in my IG stories from shearing day.

Her fleece weighs in at 7.8 lbs with an average staple length about 4.25 inches.

Begonia is the one darling baby born to Aster. And her fleece reflects her parentage. It's gorgeous, big, and with a great color. Begonia is a star and she's just lovely on top of it.

Apple is the Mom of Appletini. These 2 are just stellar sheep. Apple puts out the most amazing crimpy fleece. And it's pretty white. The luster and the color are amazing on this fleece. It is a bit tippy but I picked a few with my fingers and they'll wash right out easily.

Her fleece weighs in at 8.2 lbs with an average staple length about 4.25 inches.

Sue is my herd's ram. He's a big giant of a boy that has dalmation spots. He's hilarious and often the star of my Instagram feed. Let me tell you, this guy is positively ridiculous but his fleece is amazing!

His fleece weighs in at 8.3 lbs with an average staple length about 3.75-4 inches.

This year Agnes gave us a giant fleece (for her) but she seems to have gotten a bit more hay in it. The price reflects that but I still think she put out a great fleece. it washes up to a light grey.

Her fleece weighs in at 9 lbs with an average staple length about 4.5 inches.

Aster is a big girl. My word does she put out a large fleece. And that crimp, and the ecru creamy tan color... and the length. it's so lovely tho it is dirty. Not a lot of hay but that first wash will be brown. Still, it won't take a lot to wash and see the true shine and color of her fleece.

Her fleece weighs in at 9lbs with a staple length about 4.5 inches.

Appletini has turned out to be a giant of a sheep. She gave us the largest CVM fleece this year and will you just look at that color??!! I mean, seriously. She is still our most highly trained sheep as Katie has taught her to do tricks and to be a stellar show sheep.

Her fleece weighs in at 9.8 lbs with an average staple length about 4.25 inches.
