|How do I modify or cancel my existing Fiber or Weaving Club?|
|If you need to update your credit card information on an existing Fiber or Weaving Club order you can do so by logging in under My Account. Please note: payment cannot simply be switched from a credit card to PayPal or vice versa due to limitations with the PayPal site. If you need to make a change involving PayPal please let us know so we can provide you with instructions.
If you need to modify your address or cancel/modify what you are receiving in your Fiber or Weaving Club, please contact us with your name, address, and the details of what changes you would like to make.
|How do I create an account?|
|1) Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right side of our site.
2) Enter your email address.
3) Select "I am a new customer".
|How do I edit my account information?|
|Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to edit your account information.|
|I forgot my password.|
|Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". That link will send an email to you with your password.|
|How do I return my product?|

|I received the wrong product.|
|If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product.|
