| Important PayPal information. | |
| Payment with PayPal requires you to leave our site to complete payment on the PayPal site. Please be sure to follow the prompts and follow through the process including final submission of payment on the PayPal site. If the payment process is not completed through PayPal you will receive an order confirmation from our site, but you will not receive your order until payment has completed.
If PayPal is the payment method for a Spunky Club subscription please keep in mind that PayPal does not allow us to modify your subscription. If your address information changes you will need to update the subscription information on the PayPal page and notify us of the change by email. If you need to modify your payment method on a Spunky Club it cannot simply be switched from a credit card to PayPal or vice versa due to limitations with the PayPal site. If you need to make a payment method change for Club and it involves PayPal please let us know so we can provide you with instructions! If ordering more than one club at a time (such as the fiber and weaving clubs) you must order them separately! Clubs have different payment terms and PayPal will bill you incorrectly if more than one is ordered at a time. |

| When will my credit appear on my account? | |
| Credits usually take 7-10 business days from the time we receive your item(s). | |
| When will my credit card be charged? | |
| Your credit card will be charged within 24 hours prior to shipment of your item(s). | |
