Important PayPal information.
	As of 10/20/2013 no recurring payments can be processed with PayPal due to limitations of their service. New Spunky Club orders will be credit card only. If you would like to use PayPal for an order which includes a club and other items, simply order club separately with a credit card. If you have any questions or concerns with payment please contact us. If PayPal is the payment method for a current Spunky Club subscription you can continue to use PayPal until the recurring payment is cancelled by either you or PayPal. Please keep in mind that PayPal does not allow us to modify your subscription. If you need to modify your payment method on a Spunky Club it cannot simply be switched from a credit card to PayPal or vice versa due to limitations with the PayPal site. If you need to make a payment method change for Club and it involves PayPal please let us know so we can provide you with instructions!
Do I have to pay sales tax?
	Currently you only have to pay sales tax if you are located in Maine.
I have a question on my charges.
	Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to review your orders. You may compare your order history on our website, with your financial records. If you have further questions or concerns, please contact customer service for further assistance.
I need a copy of my receipt/invoice.
	Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to print invoices.
When will my credit appear on my account?
	Credits usually take 7-10 business days from the time we receive your item(s).
When will my credit card be charged?
	Your credit card will be charged within 24 hours prior to shipment of your item(s).
