Louet NORTHERN LIGHTS is a wool fiber that is comparable to their Corriedale. This 100% wool fiber is the ideal choice for brand new spinners! It's lofty and easy to spin thick or thin, comes in 26 color combinations plus undyed white, and its thin but open preparation makes great results for experienced spinners and absolute beginners alike. Suited for needle felting and wet felting, this fiber can also be knitted up without even spinning. With color ways printed in repeating sequences, it's easy to spin great self-striping yarns with this fiber.

This is an excellent fiber to recommend for new spinners with first wheels or new spindles. It is great as well to knit or weave without spinning.
