SPUNKY CLUB

In the spring of 2006 I decided I need to do a fiber club. I had seen the sock kit clubs but nothing for fibers. I love having new fiber way more than new yarn... well, as you know new fiber becomes new yarn so it's a double win. It was a natural decision that I should supply the needed "club". Since, I didn't want leave anyone out, I decided to do a sock yarn section as well.

Today the club is much the same as when it started. Each month is a brand new never seen S.E. colorway.
Each month will also be a different fiber. Each year will have 12 different fibers as well as new colorways. The fibers are sometimes ones that I stock and other times they'll be completely unique to the club and I may not carry them again. Fibers we regularly do: BFL, Shetland, Merino, Romney, Corriedale/Falkland etc. Some of the fibers that we have done in the past (and may or may not do again): Norwegian, Lincoln, Merino Bamboo, Merino Mohair, Silk and Silk blends....
How much do you get? 11 months of the year a single option club will get you 4 ounces of fiber. Once a year we do a luxury option that will get you 2 or 3 ounces (depending on the luxury) for a single option. Sock yarns change fiber and weight as well. Each month you will get enough yarn to make an average pair of socks. Lately many people are using the sock yarn as warp and weaving with handspun. There are some fabulous results.

Club fibers are not available to the general public. If you want more of a club fiber once you have received yours (you have to be a member at the time the club was shipped even if you're not currently) then you have 2 months time to order it. After that I may not have the same mix of dies and if it's a month where I have s special to club fiber, it may become unavailable.

I do reserve the right to sell off old stock once a year has passed. It will be offered to clubbers first and then I may put it out there. I can't keep stock indefinitely.
There are many options to the club and they're all based on a month to month basis. Please note: At the end of 2010 the price of club will be going up to accomodate higher shipping and fiber costs.

THE DETAILS:
Order by the 19th of the month and your handpainted wool or yarn will ship the end of that month. Order after that and you will get the following month's shipment.

How do you Cancel?

You cancel that way. Or you can go into your paypal account. Under "profile" there will be a tab for Recurring Payments. Click that and you will be shown your subscriptions and can cancel that way. There are NO refunds or returns on club yarns or fibers. This is a custom item that I make just enough specifically for the club, thus it is not available to the general public. It's what makes the club special.. I don't expect everyone will like everything, it's the way it is with a mystery. I do hope you enjoy the club and will have fun with the offerings. I do this month to month so you can cancel out any time you choose.

Want yarn/fiber each month?
Sign up now by 19th and you'll get the current month. Sign up the 20th or later and you'll get the following month shipped when it's ready.
Please remember that the day you sign up is the day you get charged every month. Club generally ships on or after the 24th of a month. If I'm away at a show or teaching club may be late. Occassionally it even ships on the last day of a month. I am dyeing club right up to and sometimes after the 19th to accomodate all the folks that sign up at the last minute. If you want your club paid for closest to the time it will ship, it's best to sign up on the 19th. If you sign up on the 20th, it's likely that you'll have paid for 2 clubs before your first one arrives.
